MP for Port-of-Spain North/St Annās West StuĀart Young is callĀing on Prime MinĀisĀter KamĀla PerĀsad-BissesĀsar to imĀmeĀdiĀateĀly reĀmove MinĀisĀter of HousĀing David Lee from her CabĀiĀnet.
He warned that alĀlowĀing a minĀisĀter facĀing crimĀiĀnal charges to reĀmain in ofĀfice sets a ādanĀgerĀousā preceĀdent and unĀderĀmines pubĀlic trust.
In a FaceĀbook post, Young statĀed, āIt is unĀacĀceptĀable for a CabĀiĀnet MinĀisĀter of the ReĀpubĀlic of Trinidad and ToĀbaĀgo to be the subĀject of crimĀiĀnal charges, out on bail, and conĀtinĀue sitĀting in CabĀiĀnet.
