Trainer Borris McIntosh recorded his first winner of the season on Saturday, July 11, 2026, when Money Box took the fifth race in impressive fashion.

Under Tevin Foster, the six-year-old bay horse scored by 4¾ lengths in the three-year-old and upward Optional Claiming event for $350,000-$250,000. The race was for non-winners of four, run over 5 furlongs (1,000m) straight.

Money Box wasn’t the best to leave the starting gates at the off but raced up to be close to the pace. Up front, Adenosine (Shaheem Gordon), The Gifted One (Evertte Clunis), and JJ Warrior (Dane Dawkins) cut out the early fractions together.
