Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley will officially launch the Pearly App on Tuesday, June 9, at Illaro Court as Government continues its push to modernise public services through technology.
Developed by local firm Touchstar Group of Companies Limited, the app allows citizens to report issues such as potholes, water outages, garbage disposal concerns and other public service matters directly from their mobile devices.
Users can submit photographs, videos, descriptions and location data, enabling reports to be directed to the relevant government departments for action. The platform also includes issue-tracking and emergency reporting features.
