'DAMNED if you do, damned if you don't.'
So said president of the National Council of Indian Culture (NCIC) Dr Surujdeo Mangaroo yesterday, as he responded to questions from the Sunday Express concerning antic-ipated public backlash regarding the organisation's hosting of a book launch on African Emancipation Day.
On Saturday, two books were launched at the NCIC Nagar in Chaguanas.
