A 6-year-old boy identified as Cordell Christopher of Sennon Village, Siparia, who was born with cerebral palsy and had visual, mobility and speech impairments, was found unresponsive at his home on Thursday afternoon.
His aunt and caretaker told police she last saw him alive around 11.30 am lying on a bed. When she checked on him at 1.30 pm, he was unresponsive.
Police said there were no marks of violence on his body and foul play is not suspected. A post-mortem is expected to be conducted at the San Fernando mortuary.
