The Min­istry of Cul­ture and Com­mu­ni­ty De­vel­op­ment (MC­CD) has con­firmed a spe­cial per­for­mance for con­tes­tants af­fect­ed by the smoke bomb in­ci­dent at the La Reine Rive Self-Ex­pres­sion and Tal­ent Fi­nals of the Prime Min­is­ter’s Best Vil­lage Tro­phy Com­pe­ti­tion last Sat­ur­day, Sep­tem­ber 6, 2025, at SAPA.

Five con­tes­tants who were un­able to per­form will take the stage to­mor­row, Sat­ur­day, Sep­tem­ber 13, at the Na­tion­al Acad­e­my for the Per­form­ing Arts (NA­PA), from 7:30 p.m. Ad­mis­sion is free and open to the pub­lic.

Mean­while, the Le Gran Z’Af­faire Fi­nals have been post­poned to a date to be an­nounced, en­sur­ing the in­tegri­ty of the com­pe­ti­tion is main­tained. In­ves­ti­ga­tions in­to the in­ci­dent con­tin­ue, with con­sul­ta­tions in­volv­ing ad­ju­di­ca­tors to en­sure trans­paren­cy, ac­count­abil­i­ty, and fair­ness.
