Agos­ti­ni has an­nounced that Nigel Camp­bell, who has served as group chief fi­nan­cial of­fi­cer (CFO), is ex­pect­ed to re­sign from his po­si­tion ef­fec­tive De­cem­ber 31, 2025.

The an­nounce­ment was made in a for­mal no­tice is­sued pur­suant to Sec­tion 64(1)(b) of the T&T Se­cu­ri­ties Act, 2012 which was post­ed on the T&T Stock Ex­change yes­ter­day.

The com­pa­ny al­so thanked Camp­bell for be­ing a key fig­ure in the or­gan­i­sa­tion’s lead­er­ship, head­ing the group’s fi­nance func­tion and con­tribut­ing as a mem­ber of the ex­ec­u­tive team.
