CARICOM Secretary-General Dr Carla Barnett has called on member states to renew their commitment to regional integration.
She made the appeal while addressing the opening ceremony of the 51st Regular Meeting of the CARICOM Heads of Government in St Lucia on Sunday.
Addressing the implementation of the CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME), which is intended to facilitate the free movement of Caribbean nationals across the region to live and work, she urged regional leaders to renew their commitment to the integration process.
