A teacher was shot by her boyfriend during an argument at her home in Tobago.

The 44-year-old of Bon Accord was shot on her right foot.

It was around 3 p.m. on Friday that she and her 37-year-old boyfriend had an argument and she heard a loud sound, felt a burning sensation on her foot, and saw blood. The woman was taken to the Scarborough General Hospital for treatment.
