19 laptops and a $10,000 projector were discovered stolen from the Information Technology (I.T.) room of the San Juan South Secondary School yesterday.
The items, valued at approximately $57,500, were discovered missing from the school’s compound on Monday morning, after the school’s alarm system was triggered over the weekend.
According to a police report, school staff reported that last Thursday, the school's security alarm system had been armed and that its I.T. room had been locked by a teacher in the days prior.
