Man fatally shot by police in St Andrew, residents stage protest

A man known by his alias, ‘Mad Dog’, was shot and killed by the police on Karl Samuda Avenue in St Andrew this morning.

The circumstances surrounding the fatal shooting have not yet been ascertained.

In response, angry residents of the area mounted a fiery protest along sections of Red Hills Road.
