A coordinated police effort spanning Trinidad and Tobago led to the recovery of 11-month-old Lorenzo Mason, who was reported missing from his Laventille home in the early hours of Thursday
According to official police reports, around 11 p.m. on Wednesday, 21-year-old Leah Mathison of Eastern Quarry, Laventille, retired to bed with her infant son. She awoke at 1a.m. to breastfeed the baby, and both returned to sleep. At approximately 5:45 a.m., Mathison discovered that her son was missing from the bed.
Baby Lorenzo was last seen wearing a white vest with giraffe prints and a disposable diaper.
