The stepfather of missing Tobago toddler Angelo Tobias Plaza has been charged with murder, even as the two-year-old’s body has not yet been found.

Shannon Miller, 24, of Goodwood, Tobago, was formally charged yesterday following weeks of investigations into the child’s disappearance.

In a media release, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) said investigators held an audience with a Specialist Adviser attached to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to review the circumstances surrounding the case.
