The stepfather of missing Tobago toddler Angelo Tobias Plaza has been charged with murder, even as the two-year-old’s body has not yet been found.
Shannon Miller, 24, of Goodwood, Tobago, was formally charged yesterday following weeks of investigations into the child’s disappearance.
