Nelroy Peter Calderon has been sentenced to three months in prison after admitting to stealing lumber from Purity Bakeries.
The 44-year-old of no fixed address was brought before Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick and pleaded guilty to stealing two pieces of lumber valued at $70, belonging to Purity Bakeries, earlier this month.
Prosecutor Sergeant Gazelda Knight told the No. 1 District āAā Magistratesā Court that the company had bought a number of pine boards which were stored on the compound, which is completely fenced.
