More than 100 residential lots are expected to be made available in the Hague and Clifton area of Trelawny to facilitate the relocation of residents of Coopers Pen in the parish.
This was disclosed by Minister without Portfolio in the Ministry of Economic Growth and Infrastructure Development with responsibility for Land Titling and Settlements, Robert Montague, who indicated that the area is part of an integrated housing development planned for Government-owned lands.
He was speaking with journalists during a visit to the area on Tuesday, where he toured the property with the State Minister in the Ministry of Tourism and Member of Parliament for Trelawny Northern, Tova Hamilton, and Mayor of Falmouth, Councillor Colin Gager.
