THE Development Bank of Jamaica (DBJ) marked Read Across Jamaica Day with a team of volunteers deployed to St Jude’s Primary School and Mona High School to share stories, spark curiosity, and encourage students to see learning as a pathway to possibility.
DBJ volunteers participated in classroom activities at both schools, reading aloud and engaging students through interactive sessions designed to encourage a love of reading.
The bank also made donations to the libraries of both schools to support their resource centres.
