US Embassy warns Jamaicans not to ‘run off’

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The United States (US) Embassy in Jamaica is urging Jamaicans not to “run off” during their travels to the US, warning that they will be deported.
The embassy issued the warning via a social media post on Thursday.
“Don’t run off. You will be deported from the United States. You will not be able to return,” the embassy said.
