Yet an­oth­er se­nior ex­ec­u­tive at­tached to a state-owned en­er­gy com­pa­ny has de­part­ed his of­fice.

In an in­ter­nal memo yes­ter­day, Phoenix Park Gas Proces­sors Ltd (PPG­PL) in­di­cat­ed that its pres­i­dent, Do­minic Ram­per­sad, had tak­en up ear­ly re­tire­ment with ef­fect from No­vem­ber 21, 2025, (yes­ter­day).

The memo to staff, which was signed by Na­tion­al Gas Com­pa­ny (NGC) chair­man Ger­ald Ramdeen, out­lined that “Col­in Rame­sar will as­sume the role of Act­ing Pres­i­dent un­til fur­ther no­tice.” Rame­sar took up the role with im­me­di­ate ef­fect, the memo stat­ed.
