A 19-year-old businessman was arrested yesterday after police seized two firearms and 200 rounds of ammunition during anti-crime exercises in the Western and Eastern divisions.
The firearms and ammunition were seized during a Crime Eradication Exercise conducted between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m.
Police said officers of the Western Division Task Force went to the teenager’s home in Westmoorings, where, acting under the Emergency Powers Regulations, they conducted a search.
