A prominent businessman and his wife were detained by police following searches conducted at properties on Wednesday morning.
Sources within the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) confirmed that officers seized laptops and other electronic devices during the operation. Electronic devices belonging to the couple's children were also reportedly taken by investigators.
The searches were carried out by a specialised unit of the TTPS.
