'NEVER stop believing in yourself.'
This was the advice from 13-year-old Azaria Bissoondath-one of six children with visual impairments to successfully pass the Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) exam, and be placed into a secondary school this year.
Bissoondath, who is blind in one eye and has limited vision in the other, passed for the San Fernando West Secondary School last week. A former student of the Brothers' Presbyterian School, she worked hard, writing the exam without assistance earlier this year.
