Sev­er­al peo­ple were ar­rest­ed, and of­fi­cers seized firearms, am­mu­ni­tion, and large quan­ti­ties of cannabis dur­ing an­ti-crime op­er­a­tions across mul­ti­ple ar­eas.

In To­co, po­lice car­ried out a war­rant ex­er­cise be­tween 4 pm and 10 pm on Sat­ur­day, March 1st, lead­ing to the ar­rest of five peo­ple on out­stand­ing war­rants.

Mean­while, in the West­ern Di­vi­sion, of­fi­cers raid­ed a home in Glen­coe be­tween 10 am and 4 pm, find­ing 1.6 kilo­grammes of cannabis hid­den in a clos­et. The sus­pect present at the time was ar­rest­ed. Lat­er that night, be­tween mid­night and 3 am, of­fi­cers searched a prop­er­ty on Sec­ond Street, Morne Co­co Road, Pe­tit Val­ley, where they found a white cro­cus bag con­tain­ing a mi­cro-con­ver­sion kit and 10 rounds of 5.56mm am­mu­ni­tion.
