ST JAMES, Jamaica—MBJ Airports Limited (MBJ), operator of the Sangster International Airport (SIA), recently hosted its fourth annual Customer Experience (CX) Excellence Awards to recognise individuals and organisations who deliver Jamaica’s first impression to the millions who visit the country.
