THE parents of 13-year-old Videsh Subar said they are now serving "a sentence of lifelong pain" after the man convicted of murdering him and his babysitter in 2017 was recently sentenced in the High Court.
Solomon Baksh, also known as "Sole" and "Sunil," was sentenced by Justice Sherene Murray-Bailey to 11 years and one month of hard labour after pleading guilty to murdering the boy and Haffiza Mohammed during a home invasion in Arima on June 28, 2017.
