Students put their spelling skills to the test at the Mindstar Java Spelling Bee on Tuesday, and according to organisers and educators, the competition’s value extends beyond academics.
A.L. Williams Educational Services and Consultancy’s Mindstar Java Spelling Bee and Tech Park 2026 saw both primary and secondary school students compete for cash prizes at Presentation College, San Fernando.
According to its Director, Adanna Leonard-Williams, the competition is much more than a spelling contest.
