All BZR WKND refunds now issued, organisers say

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Organisers of BZR WKND say all patrons who requested refunds following the postponement of their show initially scheduled for October 18, have been reimbursed.
In a statement shared to social media on Wednesday, the team apologised for delays and frustration customers had experienced during the processing of refunds, citing an unusually high volume of refund requests and inquiries submitted to its ticketing platform.
The organisers said this backlog extended processing times beyond their anticipated timeframe.
