The As­sem­bly of Caribbean Peo­ple (ACP) has con­demned the Unit­ed States for what it calls an at­tempt to pro­voke mil­i­tary ag­gres­sion against Venezuela, fol­low­ing the coun­try’s claim that a US war­ship “il­le­gal­ly as­sault­ed” a fish­ing ves­sel car­ry­ing nine tu­na fish­er­men.
