KINGSTON, Jamaica — The United States (US) dollar on Friday, May 8, ended trading at $158.93, up 19 cents, according to the Bank of Jamaica’s daily exchange trading summary.

Meanwhile, the Canadian dollar ended trading at $117.80 down from $118.07 and the British pound at $218.61 up from $216.29.
