The fig­ure was dis­closed by Head of the Caribbean Sin­gle Mar­ket and Econ­o­my (CSME) Unit, Joanne Brooks, dur­ing a CSME Pan­el Dis­cus­sion at the Ja­maican High Com­mis­sion in St Clair on Fri­day.
