The Director of Public Prosecutions Roger Gaspard will decide whether a murder charge will be laid against a 15-year-old boy in Tobago following the death of his 70-year-old relative, Leonard Scotland.
Scotland died from injuries he sustained during an altercation with the teenager on September 5.
An autopsy performed at the Scarborough Mortuary yesterday confirmed that Scotland's death was due to injuries suffered during the incident.
