CONSTRUCTION worker Roger Garcia had his possessions gutted in a fire at his Penal home on Friday.
He is now seeking the public’s assistance to rebuild.
Garcia, 51, said that around midnight on Friday he was contacted and told that his house was on fire. He rushed home and, when he noticed the flames, he said there was nothing he could do.
