KINGSTON, Jamaica — Amber Group’s ride-hailing service, Amber OnTime, and Visual Vibe Limited have announced a strategic partnership that the companies say will introduce self-service taxi booking kiosks and a nationwide in-vehicle digital media network across Jamaica.

It is billed to create a new technology-driven advertising platform for businesses while enhancing the transportation experience for commuters.

In a statement on Tuesday, stakeholders said the partnership combines Amber OnTime’s transportation technology and growing mobility network with Visual Vibe’s expertise in media, advertising, content development and audience engagement to create one of Jamaica’s most innovative out-of-home digital advertising platforms.
