De­liv­er­ing a land­mark judg­ment on Tues­day, five Law Lords of the Unit­ed King­dom-based Privy Coun­cil de­ter­mined an ap­peal in which it was asked to rule on the time lim­it for the au­thor­i­ty to ini­ti­ate pros­e­cu­tions un­der the Oc­cu­pa­tion­al Safe­ty and Health Act (OSH Act).
