The Trinidad and To­ba­go Na­tion­al Nurs­ing As­so­ci­a­tion has in­di­cat­ed plans to es­ca­late its push for salary in­creas­es for nurs­es with­in the Re­gion­al Health Au­thor­i­ties.

In a post shared to­day, the as­so­ci­a­tion con­grat­u­lat­ed pub­lic ser­vants on their re­cent salary ad­just­ments but point­ed to the con­tin­ued de­lay af­fect­ing nurs­es, who it said re­main on 2013 in­come lev­els.

“Con­grats to all pub­lic ser­vants on your salary in­creas­es. We in the RHAs (who re­main on 2013 in­come) are in­deed elat­ed and en­vi­ous of your good for­tune to now be work­ing on your 2019 salaries,” the as­so­ci­a­tion wrote.
