A Marabella man was killed in an accident along the Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway, near Tarouba, shortly before midnight on Wednesday.

Keron Applewhaite, of Battoo Lands, was a passenger in vehicle driven by his friend, Sameer Bachan.

Police said Bachan, of San Fernando, was driving north along the highway when he lost control of his grey Kia Sorento car at around 11.45pm.
