The Pro­gres­sive De­mo­c­ra­t­ic Pa­tri­ots (PDP) says To­ba­go House of As­sem­bly (THA) Chief Sec­re­tary Far­ley Au­gus­tine owes his po­lit­i­cal ca­reer to its leader, Wat­son Duke, who gave him his start when Au­gus­tine was “a lit­tle dry foot boy from Spey­side.”
