Pan Trin­ba­go pres­i­dent Bev­er­ly Ram­sey-Moore has praised the sup­port of cor­po­rate T&T, who she says al­lowed them to sup­port all 300 steel­bands across the coun­try for the just con­clud­ed 2025 Car­ni­val cel­e­bra­tions through an over­all $4 mil­lion in spon­sor­ship.

She made the state­ment while de­liv­er­ing the open­ing ad­dress at ‘Car­ni­val Lagniappe – A Night With The Champs’ at the Queen’s Park Sa­van­nah, Port-of-Spain, on Sat­ur­day night.

Ram­sey-Moore said, “As an or­gan­sa­tion, at least most peo­ple be­lieve that we are re­ceiv­ing sub­ven­tions from Gov­ern­ment. We do not re­ceive sub­ven­tion from Gov­ern­ment. We work [and] re­ceive monies through our events and mem­ber­ships and so we want you to know that cor­po­rate sup­port is very im­por­tant to our or­gan­i­sa­tion, and as such, we saw a tremen­dous amount of sup­port from cor­po­rate T&T, where we were able to raise over $4 mil­lion through cor­po­rate sup­port.”
