A San Fernando man has been slapped with six months in prison for biting off a piece of a security officer’s finger during a scuffle last week.
David Seon, 40, pleaded guilty and apologised for his actions when he appeared yesterday before High Court Master Delicia Bethelemy.
Prosecutor Reagan Ramanan told the court that on September 23, the security officer was on duty at the Unipet Quick Shoppe, at Cross Crossing, San Fernando, when he saw the accused placing items in his pants pocket.
