The Customs and Excise Division has confirmed that the Customs Border Control System (CBCS) remains operational but some users continue to face challenges with consignment clearance.
In a public advisory, the Division indicated that it is collaborating with other border agencies to resolve the technical issues affecting system performance. While core operations are still functioning, certain users may experience delays or disruptions.
The Division expects full restoration of CBCS services by noon on Saturday July 5, 2025. In the meantime, it has implemented measures to support users and facilitate the timely processing of all transactions. Border operations will continue with manual and contingency procedures where necessary.
