From the time Magistrate Jared Richards called Shaquille Ashane Scott’s name yesterday, the ZR driver jumped out of his seat, rushed inside the dock and declared: “Guilty for all, Sir,” – even before the charges were read to him.

Scott, of Upper Weston, St James, was in the District “A” Traffic Court yesterday accused of eight traffic offences.

His behaviour was so unusual that the magistrate asked him to sit for a while and he would return to his matters later.
