Four of the municipal police officers who were suspended following the murder of acting Cpl Anuska Eversley and theft of firearms and ammunition from the San Fernando Municipal Police Station back in April have returned to work.
T&T Police Service (TTPS) corporate communications manager, Joanne Archie, confirmed this yesterday. However, she said a superintendent who was among the group initially suspended following that incident remained on suspension.
Speaking during the weekly media briefing at the Police Administration Building, Port-of-Spain, Archie said the four constables returned to active duty at the station almost one month ago.
