Tobago police officer Kernel Dates will appear before a virtual court today facing two charges: wounding with intent and causing grievous bodily harm to 37-year-old Osae Murray.
Murray was allegedly shot by the officer on June 8 in Bloody Bay, Tobago, during Crop Over Harvest celebrations.
The Police Complaints Authority (PCA) interviewed a number of persons and received statements in connection with the case following the incident.
