MURDER accused Rajaee Ali has been given the go-ahead by the High Court to file a claim for judicial review against the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
The claim has to do with the failure of the DPP’s Office to file an indictment to have him and several other men face trial for the murder of senior counsel Dana Seetahal.
Last Friday, Justice Carol Gobin granted leave to Ali, who complained about what he said was the unlawful and unreasonable delay in filing the indictment.
