PH dri­ver Ishiya­ho Es­h­ban Williams, 34, of Bagatelle Road, San Juan, was shot mul­ti­ple times by gun­men who pur­sued his car and forced him to ex­it the ve­hi­cle in a bid to es­cape.

Of­fi­cers of the North East­ern Di­vi­sion­al Task Force were on mo­bile pa­trol when they were in­formed that gun­shots had been heard at Hyde Road, North San Juan.

Up­on check­ing, they found the de­ceased alive, but bleed­ing from mul­ti­ple gun­shot wounds to the head, chest and ab­domen.
