(Kaieteur News) – President Dr. Irfaan Ali and Prime Minister Dr. Andrew Holness of Jamaica held high-level bilateral discussions on Thursday, with both leaders and their respective delegations reaffirming their commitment to deepening cooperation across a broad range of sectors.
The talks, which brought together members of both cabinets, focused on advancing the longstanding partnership between the two CARICOM nations across key areas including technology, education, energy, security, government efficiency, agriculture, and housing.
The meeting forms part of a two-day State Visit by Prime Minister Holness to Guyana, undertaken at the invitation of President Ali.
