StuÂdents enÂrolled in the ColÂlege of SciÂence, TechÂnolÂoÂgy and ApÂplied Arts of Trinidad and ToÂbaÂgo’s (COSTAATT) AdÂvanced CerÂtifiÂcate in NursÂing AsÂsisÂtant proÂgramme have been told they will be de-regÂisÂtered from the course, which was schedÂuled to beÂgin on SepÂtemÂber 8, unÂtil furÂther noÂtice.
Guardian MeÂdia unÂderÂstands that at least 17 stuÂdents who regÂisÂtered for the coursÂes were inÂformed on ThursÂday.
The coursÂes afÂfectÂed are NURS 150: InÂtroÂducÂtion to ProÂfesÂsionÂal DeÂvelÂopÂment, NURS 156: Health ProÂmoÂtion and MainÂteÂnance, NURS 115: NursÂing PracÂtice, ENAP 105: ComÂmuÂniÂcaÂtion for NursÂing AsÂsisÂtants, BIÂOL 109: InÂtroÂducÂtion to HuÂman AnatoÂmy and PhysÂiÂolÂoÂgy, and ENAP 111: ClinÂiÂcal Practicum.
