Speak­ing with Guardian Me­dia dur­ing Di­vali cel­e­bra­tions in Fe­lic­i­ty on Mon­day evening, May­or Mo­hammed re­vealed that plans are un­der­way to mar­ket both events as ma­jor cul­tur­al at­trac­tions ca­pa­ble of draw­ing lo­cal and in­ter­na­tion­al vis­i­tors to the bor­ough.
