“WHAT goes around, comes around.”
So said former Police Commissioner, Gary Griffith, in what appeared to be a response to the revelation by former prime minister Dr Keith Rowley that he had been flagged by Interpol during a recent trip.
On Monday, Rowley said during a news conference that he had been detained and questioned on arrival in Antigua and Barbuda while enroute to Montserrat last week.
