The PeoĀpleās ChamĀpiĀons team, conĀtestĀing the inĀterĀnal elecĀtions of the PeoĀpleās NaĀtionĀal MoveĀment (PNM), has threatĀened leĀgal acĀtion against the parĀtyās ElecĀtions SuĀperĀviĀsoĀry ComĀmitĀtee over deĀlays in reĀleasĀing the votĀers list and polling staĀtion inĀforĀmaĀtion.
In a letĀter datĀed June 7, atĀtorĀney St Clair Michael OāNeil wrote on beĀhalf of the team:
āFailĀure to do so would reĀsult in our team conĀsidĀerĀing all leĀgal opĀtions availĀable to us withĀout furĀther noĀtice to the ElecĀtion SuĀperĀviĀsoĀry ComĀmitĀtee.ā
