DADA’S Group of Companies N.V. officially launched its operations in Suriname today during the Suriname Energy, Oil & Gas Summit and Exhibition (SEOGS) 2026, marking a strategic expansion into the Surinamese market and reinforcing growing private sector integration across the Suriname-Guyana corridor.
The launch took place within the Suriname-Guyana Chamber of Commerce (SGCC) Pavilion and Trade Mission, bringing together government officials, industry leaders, investors, and regional business stakeholders at one of the region’s most significant energy and investment platforms.
The Honourable Minister of Natural Resources of Guyana, Hon. Vickram Bharrat, M.P., attended the ceremony as part of a high level delegation. The Hon. Minister was accompanied by H.E. Virjanad Depoo, Ambassador of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana to Suriname, Mr. G. Bobby Gossai Jr., Senior Petroleum Coordinator at Guyana’s Ministry of Natural Resources, and Mr. Michael Munroe, Director of Local Content and Legal Officer. Their participation underscored the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation and advancing opportunities for private sector expansion across both countries.
